LOWERING SODIUM 

Most of us know that lowering sodium is the general recommendation for all American’s young and old.

But did you know…
a little known fact is that a high-carb diet leads to more retention, so replacing what would normally be high-carb meals with high-protein shakes is an excellent approach to take.
You’d still want to keep up lots of fruits and unsalted vegetables.   NEVER forget those! 🙂
