This is going to be  a stellar Valentine’s Day for a lot of people!  With 30 Day Transformation Challenge you are being encouraged to do ALL the stuff you know you should be doing and if you are “Sticking To It”  it’s probably starting to show!

So what are your  BIG  plans for Valentines?  What will you do with the NEW YOU at the end of the contest?

It is often said that having a plan is the Key To Success and it is often the case, that with out a plan nothing can be accomplished.  And look at well Sticking to the Plan has worked so far!  Tomorrow we will report our results!  It’s your Brag Time, Your celebration, Your Time to say, “Look at me!”  “Look what I did!”

You can’t think  too big and no accomplishment is too small.

A vision board is a collage of images, pictures and affirmations of your dreams and desires. It can also be called a dream board, treasure map or vision map.  Making a vision Board is posses that will help and guide and support your transformation.  Make one will help you to  feel more positive and will help really focus on your goals and make them come true!

How to Make a Vision Board:

  1. Decide the main theme of your board. It may be based on something specific you wish to accomplish or obtain, or it may be a general idea of everything that makes you happy.
  2. Find pictures that correspond with your theme, either from old magazines, photographs, or from the Internet.
  3. Print (if necessary) and cut out your pictures.
  4. Type or write some affirmations that correspond with your theme.
  5. Glue your pictures and affirmations to your poster board and pin them to your cork board.
  6. Hang your vision board in a place you will see every day.
  7. View your board at least once a day, and focus on the objects, sayings and theme of your board.
