A Few Notes On Sharing:

Once upon a time someone shared Isagenix with you because they could see a great future for you! They looked at you and could see that your current situation could be better – They had a dream for you and they wanted help you achieve it. Obviously, you listened to them and found out more a bout Isagenix, but it’s funny how others can see so clearly how we can improve when it’s so hard for to dream those dreams for ourselves.  So, why is it so easy for other to lead us to in to CHANGE? The Great Leaders in our lives are easy to spot because they almost always have one thing in common:They are able to inspire us to act. From Martin Luther King Jr. to Steve Jobs, leaders with the ability to inspire don’t start with what they want done or how they want it done. Great leaders always start with Why. The key to success in any area of your life is figuring out Your Why.  Why do you want to do this and what changes you can make – in both your health and personal life – to achieve the success you are looking for. The next step is sharing this tool with others.  That’s right you have the power to make someone else dreams come true just because you can usually help those close to you identify their WHY. REMEMBER: Why is more important that what to do or how to it.  Inspiration starts with our “Why”. Real motivation comes from our needs. Figuring out your current Why: Maybe you have been through this exercise before, but maybe your Why has changed – so just do! Start with your Why, your ‘need’ that you have today.  What is important to you? What gets you up in the morning and makes the Devil say, “Oh no, she’s up!”  What do you want to achieve that will give you courage and determination? The how can Isagenix help you achieve it should be easy, but if you need help get in touch with your coach/ sponsor/mentor.  They really do want you to succeed! Help others on your team identify their Why. Believe that achieving your Why is possible and help others see that they can achieve theirs too.  Need help?  Look at the Isagenix testimonials in your back office.  If you are in a slump – they will get you out. And … Why are you still here?  Go figure out your Why!  Write it on a big poster board, take pictures of what your Why looks like and post them on the board. Then put it where you’ll see it.

What Are You Willing To Spend

It’s time to dream…Let’s Dream Big!

Some of us have forgotten our dreams and aloud “False” and “Self Limiting” thoughts to rule our emotions and or expectations.

It’s time for Change!  It’s time to let Dreams rule your ambitions again.

First, YOU have got to want change.

Second, You have to know that change is possible.
You have to know that It is coming and that you will achieve your DREAMS. In the case of Isagenix, if you goal is weight loss, you know your dream body is possible.  Isagenix works.  These products have worked for thousands of people.  Maybe you are already one of them and you have  belief already, if not look a the stories.
Go to the http://www.MYWEIGHTLOSS.ISAGENIX.COM, read the stories. Build your belief.
Taking this step is crucial.  Once you have developed the “Inner Knowing” it won’t be long until you’re experiencing it in YOUR world too.

Your Third Step: Make It Happen
1 Establish the firm belief that it is your right to have it.
2  Become aware of your ability to attract it.  Notice it.
3 Put your thoughts and emotions in alignment with it’s manifestation.  You can do this in many ways including meditation or visualization.
4 Be Thankful to your Higher Power and those around you as if you’ve already received it.
5 Detach yourself from the “when and how” it will manifest.
6 Expect it, because if you’ve done the first five steps correctly, it will arrive VERY quickly!

Now you are ready and will personally experience the awesome and incredible power of belief in action!

My Vision Board

Sitting next to me on the table as I write this post is my vision board.  For those that don’t know what this is, a vision board is a written and/or pictorial depiction of the goals and dreams a person has for their life.  It is difficult to realize goals if you cannot visualize them.  A vision board gives those ideas and dreams substance.  I take it wherever I go and it is never far from my reach.

When I created my vision board I made a conscious effort to not over-think it.  I simply asked myself what was important to me.  After it was done and laminated to preserve it I made a surprising observation.  All of my hopes and dreams are intimately tied in one way or another to my association with Isagenix® International.  It is important to understand that that I am not dependent upon Isagenix® to attain my goals, but it is apparent that based upon the images on the sheet that it has had a significant impact on my life.  There are six different categories represented on my sheet.

Isagenix IsaDerby II Top Teams and Individual Point Earners

It was a big week for the IsaDerby II.  The Top Isagenix Teams and Individual Point Earners were announced and the bar was raised hire than expected.  Listen to these #’- The #1 Top Team in the IsaDerby has a whopping 198 points so far!!!  The Top Individual has 108!!!  Wow!  The competition is stiff, but no worries.  We are in it to win it and we have got 87 Days left to win this contest and to start packing for the cruise!

Business Tip for the week:
One of the best ways to grow your business is to set small goals and then rejoice when you meet them.

Like everyone on in an IsaDerby Team, you have big dreams.  You see the finish line so you know where you are going, but do you know how you are going to get there?  Having specific small attainable goals can help you set the pace for your business. Goals let you know what you have to do to get from here to there.  Define these smaller goals and the steps you will take along the way and seriously consider each step as believable or achievable.  Then celebrate when you achieve each one.
All great winners can tell you where they are going, exactly what they plan to do along the way, and who will be sharing the adventure with them. Never discourage anyone…who continually makes progress, no matter how slow.

How many total points does your Isagenix IsaDerby have so far?

Remember your goal, if you want to win this thing… here’s what it’s going to take:

Each player should have about 20 points so far.  Remember, you’ll need about 6 points per week per player. There’s just over 13 weeks left in the contest.  So, that means your goal for the remainder of the contest is about 80 points each.

Here’s what’s new with the NEW RULES!
#1 You no longer need a Star Consultant or above to make an IsaDerby Team.  Teams now only need on Consultant or above to play.  This is great for team members that may have not gotten to join in before.  Remember the last day to sign up is SEPT 26th.

#2 Now you can earn 6 POINTS for new sign ups on autoship who order 1 of those bigger pacs instead of just 4 points.  WOW!!!!   This is a huge point maker.

The next advancement in the Team Compensation Plan is the rank of Star Consultant.
You may achieve Star Consultant rank by being a Paid As Consultant and having five Personally Enrolled
Associates who are Paid As Consultants (at least one on each your left and right team) at the same time
within the prior 30 days.

5.Develop or become an Executive or Crystal Executive

Help your new personally-enrolled team member on Autoship become an Executive or Crystal Executive for the first time or do it yourself for the first time=

10 points per Executive or Crystal Executive

Once you achieve Star Consultant, your next step is to achieve Executive rank, by being Active (have 100+ in volume every 30 days) and having 10 Personally Enrolled Associates (5 on each of your Left and Right Sales Team), who are Paid As Consultant at the same time within the prior 30 days.

If you do this in your first 6 months, you can qualify as a Crystal Executive and earn special award benefits.

Many times there are underlying (subconscious) issues that keep the things we consciously desire from manifesting in our lives.  Because of this “faulty wiring” it is possible that as badly as you would like to see the results, your subconscious mind has absorbed some negative thoughts as “truth” and is now holding you back from what you really want.
In other words, if the current beliefs you hold aren’t serving you and allowing you to experience your most heartfelt desires, (and they should be) it is absolutely essential to learn to effectively eliminate them so that you can begin creating different emotions which will put the power of belief to work for you instead of against you.

To effortlessly attract, create, and experience your most desired dreams and visions for your life STOP WORRYING about the outcomes.

Follow the Isagenix Program.  The Isagenix Systems Work.  You know that they do.  It is not the products that will hold you back or the comp plan if you are doing the business.  It’s only YOU!  Your  “False Beliefs” are responsible for keeping you stuck where you are now.

REMEMBER THIS:  You are only stuck if YOU See Yourself Stuck!
