    Oftentimes, you don’t even know what you’re doing is great until way after the fact

    Hello IsaDerby Teams and Cheerleaders,

    Congratulations to those of you that are taking chances!  You are achieving by doing and it’s starting to show in the points!!!!

    Team Stats as of Tuesday November 29th: Here is a little motivation:  You have all heard about the triple pay Isagenix is offering.  Well, here is an example of what that translates in to:  If you help 3 people sign up with a President’s Pac this week, you would earn $720 – THIS WEEK!  It’s that simple!  Go find your 3, then come back and read the rest.  This is great Update with Tips from Kathy Coover!  If you have time listen to the call.

    This Weeks Stats: The #1 Top Point Earner has 329 points.  The #10 Top Point Earner has 159 points.  The team in 10th place has 395 points.  The team in 1st place has 1004!!!!  That’s Belief in Action!  Wow! It can be done if you have belief!!!!

    This week, on the IsaDerby Call the topic of inspiration and motivation was “Teach Your People!”

    The guest speaker was Kathy Coover and her son Erik .  I encourage you to listen to this call if you are serious about your business.  If you are not.  You may not want to hear it. 🙂

    Here are Kathy’s Tips:

    #1 True residual income comes from consistent action.

    #2  Decide to be successful.  Your decision will make you unstoppable.  Do it like your life depends on it! Make a sign that says, “There is No Way Out.” Then,  make a commitment where there is no way out!  Decide that failure is not an option.

    #3  Work with 5 People for 90 Days that are committed.  Then, find 5 more.

    #4 A successful business can take 5 years to really grow.  Success requires a 5 year commitment.  The only way to fail is to quit! Ask your self and those that you work with, “How committed are you?”  (Coincidentally, I recently celebrated my 5 year anniversary with Isagenix and I work my business for at least 4 hours EVERYDAY and I would never give this up!  I can’t, I have HUGE Dreams!)

    #5  There are 3 kinds of people: Ask the people that want to work with you, “What kind if person are you?”

                   Will you give it a shot?                Will you give it your best?               Will you do what ever it takes?

    Then, work closely with the ‘do what ever it takes’, ‘have to have it’ group.

    #6 Fact: You become successful by helping others become successful.  Are you helping 5 people right now?  Find out what they want and each them how to get it!

    #7 Help your 5 by Plugging Them in to the Plan:

    Step 1  Introduce them to the product with IsaMovie.com Step 2  Coach them to great product results with http://www.IsaProduct.com and http://www.IsaDiary.com

    Step 3  Train them with http://www.IsagenixBusiness.com and 3K in 30Days – http://media01.isagenix.com/Corporate/WW/EN/microsite/3k30days/index.html

    #8 Constantly be in movement, taking action in your business!  Never give up! NEVER!!!!!

    #9 You have everything that you need! Isagenix offers 3 things that people are looking for:  A way to combat Obesity, Anti-Aging support and A Way to Earn Additional Income.

    This Weeks Contest: Don’t forget there are also weekly contests that start every MONDAY! To win remember to email Isagenix and say, “I want to be entered” and then email again when you have it done! Here is the CONTEST: Cycle 2 times more this week than last week.  Cycle are counted Sunday night, so get you e email in on Monday Morning!  5 Luck winners will receive an Isagenix 30 Day System!!!! GOOD LUCK!   Any one of you could win this!!!!  4 of you could win this!  (I want 1!)

    This Weeks TEAM Goal: Our goal this week is to help someone else.  It will take a little soul searching and a little self improvement.  Recently, I listened to Steve Jobs autobiographer talk about what kind of leader Steve Jobs had been.  He said that Steve was a brutally honest leader.  He encouraged Positive Attitudes, never let A players slack and never waisted too much time on B Players. He Pushed Day Dreamers, to Take Chances and to turn Dreams in to getting stuff done!   Here is what Steven Tobak wrote about Successful Business Entrepreneurs:

    You won’t achieve the American Dream by dreaming

    (MoneyWatch)  COMMENTARY. We live in volatile times where viewpoints are highly polarized. The way people see business in America is no exception. Lately, it seems as if management commentary is either feel-good fluff or anti-business rhetoric.

    Of course, neither extreme relates very well to the realities of the business world, which makes it all the more frustrating for those of you seeking to advance your career through meaningful insight.

    Speaking of which, one of the key insights you’ll learn sooner or later is not to trust conventional wisdom. If you don’t take chances and challenge the status quo, you won’t get anywhere. So you should probably avoid or at least challenge extreme thinking. In other words, don’t drink the Kool-Aid from either side.

    Perhaps the most damaging piece of popular career and leadership fluff is that you should reach for the stars, aspire to the corner office, and don’t stop until you achieve your dreams. Now, I know what you’re thinking: Isn’t that the American Dream, start from nothing and become a big-time success?

    Absolutely, but you won’t achieve the American Dream by dreaming. You’ll achieve it by doing.

    You see, successful executives and business leaders aren’t typically driven by high aspirations. They didn’t get to where they are by walking around with their heads in the clouds. They got there by putting one foot in front of the other and getting stuff done.

    And they did it for one or more of these four reasons: because it was their job and they had a strong work ethic, out of necessity to put food on the table, to bring a product to market they thought customers would want, or they had a passion for what they were doing and thought it was cool.

    Just to be clear, I’m not arguing against Robert Browning’s insightful statement that, “A man’s reach should exceed his grasp.” I’m not saying you shouldn’t work your tail off, seek your passion in life, have a vision of something unique, or want to do great things. What I am saying is that you don’t accomplish those things by spending your time thinking about how to get to the top of the corporate ladder.

    So how do you achieve the American Dream?

    You get there by delivering the goods, getting the job done, and satisfying the needs of your customer, whoever that is. If you get really good at doing those things, that’s how you achieve the American Dream. That’s how success really works. Here are some notable examples of what I’m talking about:

    When Mark Zuckerberg was developing Facebook, he was building something he thought would be cool. He wasn’t thinking about running a big company and becoming a billionaire.

    Richard Branson didn’t aspire to build a global conglomerate of over 200 companies when he opened a record shop and mail order retailer named Virgin.

    Bill Gates did not have stars in his eyes when he licensed an operating system to IBM for the first personal computer. He was just trying to satisfy a big new customer.

    Fred Smith was not driven by the idea that FedEx would someday become an everyday verb for express mail. He was driven by the idea of a fully integrated air-to-ground shipping business that could operate efficiently using hubs.

    When Ed Whitacre started out as a facility engineer with Southwestern Bell in 1963 and slowly worked his way up the corporate ladder over the coming decades, he wasn’t thinking about someday running the company and, after a series of mergers, creating the nation’s largest telecom company and relaunching AT&T.

    In 1927, not only were Dick and Mac McDonald not trying to create the world’s first and ultimately its biggest fast food empire, McDonald’s, it took 21 years for them to realize they should be focusing on burgers instead of hot dogs.

    Kraft Foods started with James L. Kraft selling cheese door-to-door. Toyota founder Sakichi Toyoda made looms. Sony started out as a radio repair shop in Tokyo. Nokia was a paper mill in Finland.

    Click Here to Read More on: Unusual origins of 15 innovative companies

    I can go on and on, but the point is this. The secret to success isn’t aspiring to great things. It’s doing great things. And far more often than not, that starts with doing not-so-great things. Oftentimes, you don’t even know what you’re doing is great until way after the fact.

    You won’t get to the top by thinking about how you’re going to be a rich executive someday, but by thinking about how people may actually have use for a personal computer, building them in a garage, and selling them, the way Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak did. Or by just doing your job better than anyone else and slowly but steadily climbing the corporate ladder from the bottom to the top, the way Whitacre did.

    Remember, you won’t achieve the American Dream by dreaming. You’ll achieve it by doing. Your motives won’t be grandiose. They’ll be simple and straightforward, like loving what you do, solving a customer problem, or putting food on the table. That’s what motivates successful people.

    What we need to do this week: To reach this weeks team goal it will take some Attitude Adjustment and some changes in how you approach your business.  Get ready to DO! Keep your motives in mind: You love what you do, You can help people, You can earn an income for your family! Follow some great leaders actions and Go help someone!

    Reminder: There are ONLY 20 Days left in this IsaDerby Contest!  Your team is counting on you!!! Each person needs to contribute to the teams total effort and it’s never too late!!!  You can do this!  We are here to help!   GO GET YOUR 60 POINTS!!!!

    Homework: Read Steven Tobak’s article again and write down 3 things that you are going to this month that will be totally new for you and your business.  Take some changes!

    Turkey Challenge Day 14

    YOU ARE WORTH IT and YOUR HEALTH IS WORTH THE EFFORT

    It’s Officially, Day 6 of the Turkey Challenge and you’re probably starting to see the results that you want. Many people reported yesterday pounds and inches lost, as well as an increase in energy.

    If you are experiencing these changes, great job! Keep going and continue to Stick with It!

    If you’re not noticing more energy and healthy weight loss, let’s figure out why.

    • Have you gotten rid of all of your tempting foods? If no, then are you allowing any of these foods to tempt you away from the system?
    • Are you getting enough fiber? If constipation is an issue, there are many natural solutions, like prunes or Isagenix FiberPro™.  Each are effective solution, which you can easily incorporate into your diet. Not only does Isagenix Fiber Pro include five types of plant fiber. IsaFlush® is another option and contains nutritious magnesium, which can help the colon relax and work more effectively.
    • Are all of the members of your support team helping you? Are any of them hurting you? Sometimes people don’t want loved ones to change out of fear. If there is a “problem person” on your support team, talk to them about really helping you succeed.
    • Is excessive stress a barrier to changing your health? Do you eat to comfort yourself? If yes, then find another way to alleviate stress, like running, walking, reading or meditating.
    • Are you following the Eat Right Plan or the Isagenxi 9 Day System as closely as you’re able? If you’re not, then commit to following the two remaining 4 days as closely as possible.
    • Are you getting enough sleep, drinking enough water and exercising every day.  If not, these are keys to improved health and weight loss.  Go get your smilie faces!
    • Journalling will also hep.  Write down every calorie that passes your lips. Keep in mind, our max is 1500 during the Challenge.

    Your health is worth the time and effort that you are investing. If you’re doing well on Turkey Challenge, GREAT! If not, then it’s never too late to change your habits and commit to greater health. You can absolutely do this!

    Good luck today!

    Turkey Challenge Day 13

    Attitude Matters!  CONSISTENTLY FOCUSING ON SUCCESS WILL HELP YOU REACH YOUR GOALS!

    Of course you have heard and understand the the truth behind the statement, “You are what you eat!”  But, have you considered the possibility that, “You are what you think!”  When interviewed, every time WINNER in anything will tell you that they always new that they would get what they wanted.  They never allowed any other thoughts to enter their minds. This cute story exemplifies this beautifully:

    TINY FROGS

    There once was a bunch of tiny frogs … who arranged a running competition. The goal was to reach the top of a very high tower. A big crowd had gathered around the tower to see the race and cheer on the contestants…

    The race began… No one in the crowd really believed that the tiny frogs would reach the top of the tower. You heard statements such as: “Oh, WAY too difficult!!” “They will NEVER make it to the top.” The tiny frogs began collapsing. The crowd continued to yell, “It is too difficult!!! No one will make it!” More tiny frogs got tired and gave up… …But ONE continued higher and higher and higher… This one wouldn’t give up! He was the only one who reached the top! All of the other tiny frogs naturally wanted to know how this one frog managed to do it? A contestant asked the tiny frog how he had found the strength to succeed and reach the goal?

    It turned out that the winner was DEAF!!!!

    The wisdom of this story:

    • Never listen to other people’s tendencies to be negative or pessimistic. They take your most wonderful dreams and wishes away from you — the ones you have in your heart!
    • Always think of the power words have. Even our own.  Everything you hear and read will affect your actions!
    • BE POSITIVE! And above all, be DEAF when people tell you that you cannot fulfill your dreams! Always think: I can do this!

    Keep your attitude in mind as you continue on your journey towards health and wellness with the Turkey Challenge, it’s important to stay focused on why you are doing this and how you can reach—and maintain—your goals.

    Did you know that nearly 95% of Dieter that lose weight, gain it back in a year!  This is because people follow diets and then stop when they reach their weight loss target.  They go off the diet and regain even more weight than they lost.  Now, is the time to start planning your maintenance program for life!  With the right attitude and the right plan you can achieve your goals and keep your results long after the Turkey Challenge is over.  YOU CAN DO IT!

    Eating Right and Nutritional Cleansing aren’t really diets,  they are both healthy was to live a long. And both can help you hold onto all of your Challenge Rewards—including weight loss.

    As you continue with Challenge, you may feel vitality returning to your body, see the pounds melting off and lean body mass building. When you complete Challenge, don’t abandon the changes you have made— embrace this NEW YOU!

    If you have more weight to lose, or want to continue to improve your health and fitness, Stick with IT!  If you are following the Isagenix 9 Day program it will be time to move on to the Isagenix 30-Day Cleansing and Fat Burning System.  It is the ideal choice for those individuals who want to keep lose weight with a flexible program.

    If you have reached you weight loss goal, Stick with It, continue to make good choices, but have a little bit more flexibility.  If you are following an Isagenix program, move on to the Total Health and Wellness Program to help you maintain the health gains from the 9-Day or 30-Day System. This system helps you maintain higher energy, lean body mass and a healthier lifestyle.

    So, as you continue to reap the benefits of the Turkey Challenge, don’t worry about those frightening diet stats—you are not on a diet. You are being introduced to a lifestyle that will help you reach and maintain your long-term health goals!

    You’re doing great, so keep up the good work and remember that we will be reporting results tomorrow!

    Turkey Cleanse Day 10

    “I luv this it is so motivating!!!!!!” -Galli

    It is fun!  The Turkey Challenge is about making some good choices and getting support.

    Support is an essential part of success.  With Friends around us we feel stronger, not so alone and like anything is possible.

    Here is why we need Support:

    “I’ve talked to nearly 30,000 people on this show, and all 30,000 had one thing in common — they all wanted validation. … They want to know, do you hear me? Do you see me? Does what I say mean anything to you?” -Oprah Winfrey

    The best mirror is a friend’s eye.”-Unknown

    “It is important for people to know that no matter what lies in their past, they can overcome the dark side and press on the a brighter world.” — Dave Pelzer

    “A friend is one who walks in when others walk out.” –Walter Winchill

    Don’t make friends who are comfortable to be with. Make friends who will force you to lever yourself up.”-Thomas J. Watson

    My best friend is the one who brings out the best in me. –Henry Ford

    We are so glad for your friendship and we so excited to bring out the best in you!  We want to help you to “Stick to It!”

    “Stick to It”  means that You Gt Your Best Results during the Turkey Challenge by doing a few things, like Journal/Keep-Track/Write-Down your intake, following an Isagenix program (Today is a CLEANSE DAY) or by staying within 200-300 calories for breakfast 300-400 calories for lunch and 500-800 additional calories for the rest of your meals and snacks.

    BUT…. Why?  Why do we need to “Stick to It”?

    There are many things that factor in to weight loss, but a lot just has to do with #’s. The Why is ALL in the Numbers and Here is Why:  The number of calories the body needs to consumes in a day is different for every person and so are their caloric needs if they want to lose weight. You may notice on the nutritional labels of the foods you buy that the “percent daily values” are based on a 2,000 calorie diet — 2,000 calories is a rough average of what people eat in a day.

    But… your body might need more or less than 2,000. Height, weight, gender, age and activity level.  If you are following an Isagenix Program, you are consuming about 1200 calories on a shake day.  That is the minimum most nutritionist will recommend without Dr. supervision.  If your following the healthy eating program your consuming on average about the same amount. That will put most of you at a 800 calorie deficit and you will be losing weight!  Woot Woot!

    BUT… There is more!  According to the American Heart Association,

    “more than 140 million American adults are overweight. (Did you check your BMI? Are you one of them?)  Of these, nearly 66 million are obese. People who are overweight or obese are more likely to develop heart disease and stroke (and whole lot of other illness), even if they have no other risk factors. Obesity is unhealthy because excess weight puts more strain on your heart. (Your joint, and bones to) It can raise blood pressure and blood cholesterol and can lead to diabetes. Losing weight is one of the best ways to reduce your risk of heart problems and other diseases. You can reduce your risk of heart disease by reaching and staying at your best weight.”

    That’s why!  It’s also why we are hoping that some of these changes with “Stick with You!”

    AND…  The WINNER is (We can’t tell you yet!!!!  Results aren’t due until Midnight EST)

    Congratulations!  You’ve won an IsaShaker™ with 4 tropical & 4 orange Want More Energy?® Sticks.  Please email us your address!

    Turkey Challenge Day 6

    BIG DAY IS ALMOST HERE!

    Exciting! Your preparations have probably been done by now and the Turkey Challenge is about to begin!

    If you are following an Isagenix 9 Day Program (or 30 Day), unpack your products and don’t forget to read your System Guide. The System Guide offers important instructions, so review the meal plans and tips and keep your System Guide handy! You never know when you might need to refer to it.

    The products in the 9-Day System include:

    • Two bottles or containers of Cleanse for Life®, your Cleanse Day drink to help your body naturally release impurities.
    • IsaLean® Shake canister, which contains 14 meal replacements for Shake Days to replenish and revitalize your body.
    • Natural Accelerator™, 60 capsules, to help jumpstart your metabolism.
    • Isagenix Snacks! ™, 60 wafers, to help you ease hunger and regulate blood sugar during Cleanse Days.
    • 1 Cleanse and Replenish for Life Coaching System Audio CD -LISTEN TO IT!!!!

    If you are not following an Isagenix Program, make sure that you have a plan to follow and you have the cooking supplies that you will need.  Now is the time to run out for last minute preparations.

    We will be starting tomorrow!  For those of you on Isagenix, Sunday will be a Shake, Shake, 600 calorie meal day. Monday will be a Shake Day too.  These two days are important because they help prepare your body for cleansing.

    If you are not using Isagenix it’s 200-300 calories for breakfast, 300-400 for lunch and 500-800 for the the rest of the days total intake.

    It’s a good idea to determine your snack and meal plan for the week now to reduce the opportunities to stray from the Challenge Guidelines.

    Yesterday we included some tips for Snacking, here are some things to think about when you prepare your meals:  High-protein diets have become a popular way to lose weight because emerging research has hinted that protein may be able to satisfy hunger better than either fats or carbohydrates.  WebMd says, “High-protein diets may help people lose weight — at least in the short term — because dieters tend to feel full longer when they eat more protein. This alone can cut down on snacking and lead to fairly rapid weight loss. Combine speedy weight loss with the satisfaction of feeling full, and it’s easy to understand why high-protein diets are popular. Unfortunately, many people gain back the weight once the diet ends.”

    Good choices include:

    Nuts, Yogurt, Beans of any kind,  Lean Cuts of Red Meat, Eggs(Hard Boiled is Best), Chicken w/out skin, Tofu, Pork Tenderloin, Fish of ANY kind and of course IsaLean Shakes and Bars.

    HERE IS YOUR DAY PLANNER FOR SUNDAY AND MONDAY-
    Morning
    When you wake up, drink 1–2 glasses of purified water. If you have Ionix Supreme now is the time for 1-2 oz and if you must 1 Cup Green Tea or other Tea is OK.  Coffee is not a great choice – sorry, but it’s only 11 days!

    Breakfast
    Mix 2 scoops of IsaLean Shake with 8 oz. of purified water. Take 1 Natural Accelerator™ capsule.  OR Prepare a 200-300 calorie meal.  This meal should include protein.

    Mid-morning
    Have a small snack.  Pick one option from the “Sensible Snack Ideas” chart in your Isagenix System Guide.  This snack should equal 100 calories or less whether or not you are on an Isagenix system.  You can also look back at yesterdays suggestions.

    Lunch
    Many people following an Isagenix Program eat their meal during lunch to help break up the two shakes. If you prefer, you can eat your meal for dinner. Eat a balanced meal of 400-600 calories (400 if you are having snacks, 600 if you are not).  Protein, veggies and whole grains are great food options. Skip the butter or fatty dressings.  For those not following an Isagenix Program, aim for a 300-400 calorie meal.  Good choices still apply.

    Mid-afternoon
    If you’re hungry, have a piece of fruit, 1 – 2 IsaDelight Plus, a few stalks of celery or unsalted almonds. Take one Natural Accelerator capsule with your snack or with water. 100 calorie max.

    Dinner
    If you are doing Isagenix you’ll either have your second shake or your meal for the day. If you are not following Isagenix, you should have about 600 calories left.  See above for good meal choices or check out these recipes -> Low-Cal Entrees CLICK HERE.

    Turkey Challenge Day 3

     Turkey Challenge Day 3

    We are still just getting ready for this contest officially to begin on Sunday, but there are a few things that we can do to ensure that we will be ready for great results!

    Today’s task: Today you’re going to build your support system. You’re going to spend time with people you care about and ask them to help you achieve your health and weight loss goals. Ask at least 3 people to be on your support team.

    To help you get started:

    First, make a list of all of the people who influence your behavior—friends, family and co-workers.

    Second, if you haven’t told them about your plans to ‘get healthy’, share your plans with them today. Even though you will have the support of this contest, it’s easier when you have the people who care about you cheering you on too.

    Third, when you talk with your support team let them know:

    • You are competing in a contest and that this represents your first step toward your a NEW- Healthier You.
    • If you are using Isagenix, tell them that Cleansing and Replenishing are the missing links to effective weight loss and improving health.
    • While competing in the Turkey Challenge, you’ll also be ridding your life of nutritionally deficient foods and adopting healthier and lasting habits like drinking enough water, getting enough sleep and exercising regularly.
    • You want each person’s support to help keep you focused on your goals and honest, so ask them to check in you regularly.

    If friends or family members have questions about Isagenix, it might be helpful to show them the products and System Guide when they arrive. As your support team gains understanding of the process, they’ll be better equipped to help you—and, they may even decide to join you.  Remember registration well be open until Saturday November 12th.

    Congratulations on your continued preparation! Have a great time with today’s task.

    Isagenix 9 Day Cleanse Coaching Day 2

    WE ARE GETTING READY TO EMBARK ON A VERY EXCITING JOURNEY TOGETHER!

    The Turkey Challenge will help you experience good health, youthful vitality and healthy weight loss. To help reinforce healthier habits, you may wish to write about your journey to better health in a daily journal. This will both encourage you and keep you honest!

    If you are currently facing the reality that putting unhealthy foods in your body gives you unhealthy results, today you will start doing something about it!! Today is the start of a NEW YOU for the New Yera!  Today you will begin reducing your intake of sugar, fatty, processed foods and caffeine. Start this process by gradually cutting back on nutritionally deficient foods:

    • If you’re going out to lunch with co-workers, skip the cheeseburger and enjoy a grilled chicken salad with only half the dressing you normally use.
    • Substitute green tea or water for your second cup of coffee.
    • Instead of choosing a sugar cookie as a snack, eat a fresh pear or celery sticks with a tablespoon of peanut butter.
    • Choose whole-grain bread instead of white bread.
    • Whole-grain pasta is a delicious substitute for standard pasta.

    If doing everything at once feels too overwhelming, cut back on one unhealthy food every day until you’ve reached the Official First Day of the Challenge. This gradual substitution will allow your palate and body to better adapt to a healthier diet, which makes it easier for you when it’s time to begin.

    Tomorrow’s task will be a fun one!

    Make this a day you are proud of!

    Stay Healthy,

    LVDT

    Having Difficulties in Your Isagenix Business?

    First a little bit about Guy Kingston…

    Guy hosts The Mind Your Own Business Podcast at http://www.myobpod.com/the_podcasts.aspx  We recommend you check it out.  He is a specialist adviser on early stage ventures, helping out fellow entrepreneurs with their businesses. Guy is also an expert on why businesses fail.  He is not associated with Isagenix but does have a few ‘nuggets’ for Isagenix associates. He knows how to get results!

    Here’s what Guy has to say about your business and the difficulties you face:

                   15 HAPPY TRUTHS ABOUT BUSINESS IN ADVERSITY   -By Guy Kingston

    It is not hard times which destroy entrepreneurs so much as the feelings of panic and despair which can take hold during those hard times.  The thought that panic and despair are irrational should itself be a source of strength to the entrepreneur: if he can hold on to that thought in a crisis, panic and despair lose all their power over him.

    There are other truths about business life which can be positive assets in adversity. Unlike many of the “happy thoughts” found in self-help manuals, every single of one of them is a proven fact:

    1   Read the biographies of great or highly successful people and you will find practically all of them found themselves in situations worse than the one you are now in, and have felt as bad as you are now feeling;

    2   Every mistake you make can be turned to your advantage, if only you reflect on it, analyse what you did wrong, and resolve not to do the same in future;

    3   You are a lot tougher than you think, but you can only discover that through trials and tests – you are capable of bearing a level of adversity that would shock you if someone told you about it in advance;

    4   Nothing worthwhile was ever easy;

    5   When something is not working, attempt another approach – you always have options, if only you sit down and think about them;

    6   Extraordinary rewards demand extraordinary effort – you have chosen to walk a path most do not walk, so you must expect what most never experience;

    7   Your situation is never as bad as you imagine it is in your darkest moments;

    8   The best cure for despair is work – while success is never guaranteed, things will probably get a little better, and you will certainly feel a lot better, if, instead of sitting around moping and whining about how bad things are, you take action and actually do something, however insignificant, to try to improve things;

    9   Success usually comes slowly, one tiny, imperceptible step at a time, until, one day, you will look back and realise you have come a lot further than you thought;

    10  Only adversity makes the strong man stronger and the wise man wiser – it is therefore necessary;

    11  There is no situation so bad that someone did not go on to find great success from a similar situation or worse;

    12  Everyone faces obstacles, but there is no obstacle that someone, somewhere, sometime has not overcome;

    13  While birth, education, connections, looks, physical health, personal skills, high intelligence, etc can all be useful advantages, there are people who have found success without them – if you have an entrepreneurial personality, you can rise from almost any situation to wealth;

    14  Few people achieve great success who did not first undergo a prolonged period of preparation by fire; and

    15  You will find that there is a definite Providence which protects you when you act courageously.

    “There are two ways of meeting difficulties: you alter the difficulties, or you alter yourself to meet them.”  – Phyllis Battome

    Get to New Year’s Day Without the Extra 5 – 7 Pounds

    This holiday season, help you and your Isagenix team members stay on track with you goals.  No matter what your plans are this holiday season, you can ring in the New Year a  Healthy you for 2011.

    Cookies, treats and heavy meals at holiday gatherings can challenge all that you have achieved w/ Isagenix and that is why you need a plan to deal with temptation.

    Here are five great tips that Isagenix has shared with us for holiday fun with no regrets when you step on the scale.

    1.    Don’t skip meals—especially breakfast—to save time. Your energy will soon sink, your hunger will skyrocket and then, you’ll make faulty food choices. Instead—have an IsaLean® Shake. It takes two minutes to make and you’ll enjoy a thick, rich and healthy meal replacement that satisfies hunger and kicks food cravings to the curb.  Low-calorie IsaLean Shakes contain top quality undenatured New Zealand whey protein, active enzymes, hunger-satisfying fiber, nourishing vitamins and a proprietary blend of minerals for optimal nutrition.

    2.    Swap sinful snacks for smart snacks. If you’ve been “good” all day, but the mid-afternoon slump directs your willpower south, don’t reach for that “cheat” (those sugar-laden snacks). Here’s the seriously scrumptious solution: IsaDelight Plus™…a creamy dark chocolate that boosts energy, helps burn fat, improves mood and curbs cravings.

    3.    Keep hydrated. By drinking at least eight glasses of water each day, you’ll decrease hunger and increase your health. Give your water a fresher taste and maximize hydration at the cellular level by adding IsaWATER™ Alkalized Concentrate.

    4.   Be prepared. Put a few IsaLean® Bars into your purse, backpack or briefcase. They’re the perfect low-calorie, full meal replacement instead of that high-calorie fast food indulgence, when you’re on the go. IsaLean Bars are packed with premium protein, healthy fats and energy-boosting carbohydrates.

    5.   Fit in fitness. Even if it’s for 20 minutes—take a brisk walk, do a few yoga poses, or tend to your garden. You’ll feel better, maintain your weight and diminish your stress this holiday season.

    To be ready for the season order your Isagenix products in your back office if you are already a member or online at http://www.CleanseMyself.com
