    Day 4 If you want to control the direction of your life, you must consistently make good decisions 

    It’s Day 4 of the Total Transformation Challenge and today we want to encourage you to make Change Happen in your  life!  Only you can make transformation happen.  NO One Else Can Do This For You!

    Today’s Task:

    Is to Gather your Support Team.  How are you doing?  It’s an important step to take so don’t let it pass you by.  Let at least 3 people know what you ar doing and ask them to help keep you focused.

    Tomorrow’s Task will also be important.  Friday is our last Shake Day before we go on to a 2 Day Cleanse and it’s the perfect time to set clear goals that will help you “Stick To It”.

    Note:  It’s important to prepare for your first Cleanse Day by making sure you have the right snacks in your house, such as organic apples, hard boiled eggs and unsalted almonds. Another tip: You may want to limit (maybe just do cardio) your exercise this weekend; instead just relax a little and allow your body to be fully engaged in cleansing.

    Start by reviewing your numbers and be very clear about ‘Your Why’?  

    What do you want to happen?

    I want to improve my current level of wellness in this/these areas:

    Take time to write down your answers to the questions above.  Know your ‘how much, by when’ numbers and then…

    Find an example of someone who has accomplished what you want to accomplish.  If you want to lose fat and get in great shape, find someone who was in your present condition and notice what they were able to achieve.  That person is ‘living proof’ that it can be done!  You can do this, but having them will help you keep your focus!  Put their and or story picture on your fridge!!!

    There are people, just like you that have reached their goal just by making a few simple changes.  How are you doing?  Are you “Sticking To It”?  Today, we would like to share with you one real-life testimonial from someone who was struggling with health and weight, until they found a way.

    Tips for today:

    1.  Continue cutting out nutritionally deficient foods from your diet. The cleaner your diet the easier it will be for you to get great results.  Now is also a great time to begin to work towards 20 minutes of exercise, 80 oz of water, and 8 hours of sleep EVERYDAY!  Get those SMILES on your tracking sheets!

    What is the single force that shapes the quality of our lives?

     

    What power do we have that can change everything? As you and I both know, the answer is the power of choice.

     

    During the past 30 years I’ve had the privilege of working with an incredibly diverse group of people, from presidents of countries to professional athletes, from managers to moms, from gang members to high-powered business executives.  I’ve had the unique opportunity to see people in the midst of real challenges, whether it’s the professional athlete who wants to regain his competitive edge, the business leader who wants to expand her influence or the political leader who struggles with a difficult decision.  I may not have all the answers (who does?), but after working with so many people and observing the patterns that make them succeed or fail, one thing I am sure of is this: It is our decisions, not our conditions, that determine the quality of our lives.

     

    Take a look at your own life. Are you where you want to be?  Are you as healthy or financially secure or as happy in your relationships as you would like to be?  Or, even if things are going well, are you looking for that extra edge to retain the competitive advantage?  Perhaps you feel that in spite of your success, there’s more out there for you, but for some reason, you haven’t grasped it yet.  Your first instinct may be to blame the economy, or the housing market, or someone who has treated you unfairly.

     

    Before we go any further, we need to understand that we are where we are today because of the decisions we’ve made, decisions about what to focus on, decisions about where to place our priorities, decisions about what things mean and decisions about what to do.  For example, if your business or career has been affected by the recession, do you feel that you are being punished or challenged to find a new path?  What are you going to do about it?  Are you going to give up or give more?  No matter what we have experienced in the past, our history is not our destiny, we all have the power to make new decisions today.

     

    Here’s another way to look at it: Success is a result of good judgment; good judgment is a result of experience, in most cases. And what about experience? Yes, experience is most often a result of bad judgment.

     

    So here’s the good news: The experience gained from bad judgment and bad decisions is unbelievably valuable, it’s priceless!  So don’t waste time beating yourself up over poor decisions you’ve made; learn from the experiences.  Really, failure is actually one of the best ways we learn.  When people succeed, they celebrate.  When they fail, they ponder.  They stop and think, What happened here?  What could I have done differently? It’s only through self-evaluation that we learn how to make better decisions.  So, when you make mistakes, learn from them; use your experience to improve your judgment and make better decisions.

     

    The Path to Freedom—Financial or Otherwise

    We’re living in extraordinarily difficult times.  Every day we read about and experience more challenges, often related to things we can’t control, whether it’s the economy, the environment or unemployment.  We can allow the stress and uncertainty caused by these events to overwhelm us or we can transform our lives by making different decisions.

     

    One of the decisions we can make is to live with a mindset of abundance.  What I mean by this is if we live as though wealth has more to do with what’s in our minds than what’s in our wallets, if we understand that how we feel is more important than what we have, we can discover an immense sense of freedom and happiness.

     

    Think about it: Do you know anyone who has a lot of money but doesn’t feel free, doesn’t feel loved, doesn’t feel like he has a choice?  Sure you do.  You may even feel that way yourself.  That feeling happens when you’re not in control of your emotions because you’re looking for someone or something external to fill internal needs.

     

    I don’t care what you’ve achieved or how much money you’ve earned, if you live with an attitude of scarcity and limitation, if you wait for someone or something else to fulfill you, you’re not going to be happy.  You must make the decision to live with a mentality of abundance, and you will experience true freedom.

     

    It’s Your Time

    Everything that happens in your life – what you’re thrilled with and what you’re challenged by – began with a decision. Your life is the outcome of the decisions you’ve made and the actions you’ve taken as a result of those decisions.  Different decisions produce different results.

     

    If you want to control the direction of your life, you must consistently make good decisions.  It’s not what you do once in a while that has an impact on the direction of your life – it’s what you do consistently.  Make decisions today about how you are going to live in the years to come.  For your decisions to really make a difference in your life it’s imperative to decide what results you’re committed to – and know specifically how these results will transform your life.  It’s equally critical to decide what kind of person you’re committed to becoming.  Get clear about what you want to be, do and have, and what your life will be like after you accomplish this.  With that clarity, you’ll find it becomes easier to make the kinds of decisions that will move you in the direction you desire.

     

    What are your standards? What will you demand from life?  Decide today if you’ll accept life as it is or if you’ll live your life on your own terms, at the edge and at the highest level.

    R U Ready To Commit?

    Getting results is what we say we all want but like with so many things our actions speak louder than our words.  Getting results in our business efforts, our health, our relationships – whatever, it all takes more than just an interest.

    Results require commitment!

    Interest is ‘the state of wanting to know or learn more about something’.  It’s when it sounds like a good idea to you but it’s ‘not really high on the priority list right now’.   Things that draw our interest usually include our career, finances, health and happiness.  We are all interested in these things, but very few of us are really committed to achieve our dream in anyone one of them.

    Commitment implies sacrifice.  Saying that you are committed to something suggest that you are putting other things aside to make this thing hold a place of high importance on your ‘Things to Do” list and that results are inevitable!

    RESULTS ARE INEVITABLE!  

    People that are committed work when others won’t work.

    People that are committed set examples and lead by example every day.

    People that are committed to achieving a goal don’t complain.

    people that are committed to something don’t find excuses.

    People that are committed keep their eye on their reward at all times and never allow others to take them out of their game.

    It’s your life, your health, you business, your future…     Step up, get results and commit to the things that are important to you!

    True strength is doing what your future deserves even when you do not want to. 

    Whether you are working your Isagenix business or even if you have a ‘R.E.A.L. J.O.B.”, we have all had ‘that feeling’. It’s the feeling that stops us in our tracks, like we are just not up for taking that next step.  Like putting IT off because it’s not fun, makes us uncomfortable or just simply takes too much effort.

    We do it in our personal lives when we put off that annual recommended check up with our Doc or when we just forget to make that phone call and apologize for what we said or did the day before.  It’s a behavior that also shows up in our professional lives.  Some of just us never seem to get to that project because it just keeps ending up on the bottom of our to do list or blow off getting furter education that get us that promotion because it’s just ‘not the right time’.

    These are the steps that we take today and that benefit us in the ‘right now’.   In the present, not doing what ever IT is we are avoiding feels pretty good. Relief comes as we turn away from the unwanted and move on to the instant gradification of keeping to what makes us comfortable and gives us the biggest reward ‘right now’.  Over time those missed steps pile up and suddenly we are in the future and we realize that we missed some incredible opportunities.  We come to find that the steps we avoided taking have lead us to the future that is now our reality and a lot of time thats not where we had hoped to end up.

    Some people ask, “How did I get here?”  “How did I get in this situation?”  We know the answer in our gut.  It feels sour and we are filled with regret.

    So, what if do take those steps?  Of corse it will be hard…   It will take true strength.  What if we do today what we don’t want to do?  Where would we be tomorrow?   If you are sick and tiered of where you are today, start now.  Use what ever strength you can muster and take those steps that will build your future.  It’s is an awesome feeling, knowing that you pushed so hard and have accomplished so much and that you deserved to be here – a total success.  People will know you feel it because of the smile that won’t leave your face.

    10 Steps to Help Chiropractors Introduce Isagenix in Their Offices 

    Isagenix Chiropractic Office Implementation:

    The first thing Chiropractor’s will have to do is to get the buzz and excitement going with your staff by signing up a few of Staff members in Isagenix with a Men’s, Women’s or 30 Day Program.  This small investment will be the best thing you can do to train and get you staff on board.  (Think Biggest Loser – Everyone loves a contest !)

    Step 1:

    • Chiropractor selects a person to be Nutritional/Wellness Director for office
    • Your  Nutritional Director may be your spouse or any other motivated staff member, patient or it may even be you yourself.
    • Doctor orders and stocks the following products
    • 2 Men’s pacs and 2 Women’s Pacs
    • 2 30 Day programs

    -2 9 Day programs

    Step 2:

    • Doctor recommends for every appropriate patient at Report of Findings (ROF) either the Isagenix 9 or 30 program or the Men’s or Women’s pac.

    -For patients who are already at ideal weight choose the Men’s or Women’s pacs.

    -For those that need to lose more than 10 pounds chose the 30 day program.  They may order an extra bottle of cleanse and begin the month like a 9 day and finish it like a 30 day.

    -For those that have  less than 10 pounds to lose or for those that are looking for a deep body cleanse choose the 9 day program.

    Step 3:

    • Schedule patient separate 30 minute nutritional appointment at conclusion of ROF with the Nutritional Director.  Nutritional Director is to set patient up on the Men’s or Women pac or 9 or 30 Day Programs as recommended by the Doctor.

    Step 4:

    At the nutritional appointment, patient purchases and is provided with their Isagenix products (Men’s or Women’s Pac or the 9 or 30 day programs)

    -Have them show short 10 min. Isagenix DVD (Are you toxic?)  After viewing, ask patient if any questions.

    -Explain each product is given and how to use it -‘What to When”.

    -Patient assisted with filling out Isagenix “Daily  Tracking”

    -Personal weight loss goals set (if appropriate)

    Step 5:

    • All patients signed up as Associates and placed on autoship

    -Associate benefits discussed

    1. Wholesale pricing

    2. Patient has their own website for ease of ordering products

    3. Sharing Opportunity Inrtoduced

    Step 6:

    • Patient assisted in filling out application and going online to set up their website and autoship designed to help them reach their goals

    Step 7:

    • For each patient that’s sold and provided Isagenix pac or program during their nutritional appointment, immediately order another replacement kit and drop ship back to Doctors office to keep inventory stocked.

    Step 8:

    • The Nutritional Director takes copies of notes regarding program and goals for inclusion in patients file.  Nutritional Directors phone number andIsagenix business card stapled on it for any needed coaching or assistance.

    Step 9:

    • Patient is scheduled for follow-up nutritional appointment with the Nutritional Director

    o Retake photo (if appropriate)

    o Record new measurements and weight in 30 days

    o Review on progress of personal goals (praise and recognize progress)

    o Direct patient to continue with the appropriate program and be excited about their results and to tell their friends about their results

    o Discuss the Isagenix Business Opportunity with the patient (if appropriate) and benefits of such:

    1. Income and/or pay for own Isagenix products

    Step 10:

    • 3, 5, 10 and 20 days after initial nutritional appointment, Nutritional Director calls patient to check on their progress and to answer any questions.

    Isagenix Business Stay in Positive Motion 

    The Isagenix IsaDerby is about half way done and so far the Race has been amazing!!!
    This weeks stats: The # 15 Team Team in the IsaDerby already has 226 points.  The #1 Team has 515!!!!
    The #10 Top Individual has 114 points and the Top Individual Point Earner has 175!!! 

    This weeks contest: It’s the same contest as last week -Enroll at least 3 New Associate with $19 Membership that order at least 100 in volume at the time of enrollment last week and this week for total of 6 all together or if you missed your 3 last week, GET 6 THIS WEEK and your name will go in to a drawing for a Free Two Night Stay at Sheraton for the News Kick Off in Phoenix AZ in January!!! 

    This weeks TEAM Goal: That contest really goes right along with this weeks TEAM GOAL.  There are ONLY 61 Days left in the IsaDerby II Contest.  To get to our goal of 100 points each, most of you will have to get at least 1 point per day. Let’s make our Dreams come true this week and get on that boat!!!

    What we need to do this week: To reach this weeks team goal it will take each of signing up at least 3-4 people with 9 Day Programs or at least 1-2 with 30 Day Programs or Pacesetter Pacs. 

     

    This week on the IsaDerby Call the topic of inspiration and motivation was “Stay in Positive Motion”-
    On the call this week the leaders in the race where interviewed and they shared their secrets!
    Here are a few tips:
    1. Play to Win! – Do it all together!  Stay connected and talk often with each other.  Also plug in to the Isagenix calls and podcasts.
    2. Set Goals and really try to reach them.
    3. No negative conversations.
    4. Step UP! – Be accountable!
    5. Stay in Positive Motion!
    6. Don’t let the tough parts of the business slow you down.
    Dream Stealers are people that make you think that your dreams can not come true.  They make you question yourself and what you are doing.  You feel depleted after being around them for even a short amount of time.
     

    Dream Believers are people that believe in you so much that they have dreams for you even before you have them for yourself. These people excite you and you learn new things just being around them a short amount of time. 

    So, what are the odds that any one of us will make our Dreams a Reality? Working from home sounds easy, but the Reality is hours of time, hard work, persistence through adversity, and effort. It’s a lot of ups and downs. 

    What makes people want to keep on with building their business? It could be the $ but for most of us it’s the reward and satisfaction of seeing people like ourselves, pull themselves up and achieve their dreams too! Living your dream means that you get to help others live their dreams!

    Now Is The Time To Get Active! 

    But sometimes getting active and taking action can be tougher than it sounds!

    This weeks stats: The # 15 Team Team in the IsaDerby already has 177 points.  The #1 Team has 404!!!!

    Inspiration – Being around motivating people really helps to inspire us into action. People who are consistently aligning their decisive actions towards their goals. Being around these people can be infectious, and their energy will impact your business.     Have you noticed that you are more inclined to avoid pain, than to gain pleasure? For example, we all know the benefits of eating healthy and exercising, but this benefit alone often is not enough to motivate the people around us to take action. However, if their doctor tells them that must live a healthier lifestyle or in 6 months you will contract a life-threatening illness, they are more likely to make the change.
    Try this Pain/Pleasure Tony Robbins technique to help you take massive action this week.
    Visualize yourself in 5 years without taking the actions to reach your goal. See yourself in pain. Do this for a minute, and then intensify the feeling. Feel the heaviness on your back. Do this for a few minutes, and then relax.
    Now visualize yourself having achieved your goal. What do you look like? How are you celebrating? See and feel the benefits it’s provided. Now, let that feeling intensify. Do this for a few minutes and let the feeling intensify some more.
